- Each email confirmation for the Turkey can be redeemed only for the selected package
- Each email confirmation for the Turkey can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash
- Email confirmation for the Turkey cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions
- Lost email confirmation for the Turkey will not be replaced nor its value refunded
- Purchased takeaway Turkey is non-refundable and is not for resale or other commercial purposes
- The pickup date of your purchased item is non-changeable once the purchase is made
- Available to order starting from November 1 until November 28, 2024, by noon. Self-pickup is available from November 16 until November 28, 2024
- Turkey orders for pickup on alternative days must be placed at least 72 hours in advance
- Redemption of Turkey is only valid on your selected pickup date at the Cake Shop from 11am to 8pm, and no extension will be allowed. Guests must present the email confirmation upon redemption. In the absence of the email confirmation, the original price will be charged

- In case of any dispute, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong shall be final
