Guests may begin their journey with an array of seasonal salads, artisanal cheeses, and charcuterie, before selecting a main course served directly tableside. Seasonal ingredients and enduring culinary traditions take center stage, creating a lunch experience defined by both generosity and sophistication. To complete the experience, a dedicated buffet dessert station offers a tempting array of sweet creations, adding a delightful finale to the leisurely lunch.
Among the highlights are the Pan Roasted USDA Beef Striploin, accompanied with roasted Yunnan potato wedges and rich beef jus, and the timeless Classic Poulet Rôti, accompanied by crisp sucrine lettuce and comforting chicken jus. For seafood enthusiasts the Niçoise Salad with Lightly Torched Ahi Tuna offers a vibrant interpretation of the French classic, finished with a bright lemon olive oil vinaigrette. Meanwhile, cheese lovers can savour the Artisanal French Cheese Selection from Les Frères Marchand showcasing distinguished varieties sourced from France.
