• The pickup date of your purchased item is non-changeable once the purchase is made
• Available to order starting from Now until November 28, 2024, by noon. Self-pickup is available from November 16 until December 01, 2024
• Pickup on alternative days must be ordered at least 72 hours in advance
• Redemption is only valid on your selected pickup date at the Cake Shop from 11am to 8pm, and no extension will be allowed. Guests must present the email confirmation upon redemption. In the absence of the email confirmation, the original price will be charged

• In case of any dispute, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong shall be final
